Our Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

BigHead Events ("we/us") provides live theatrical entertainment, murder mystery experiences, and bespoke performances for private, corporate, and venue bookings.

  • Booking Model: BigHead Events operates strictly as a contracted performance act. We do not sell individual tickets to the general public for public events. Ticket sales, guest admission, catering, and venue arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the client or host venue.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered provisionally held upon initial request, but is only confirmed once a written agreement (or booking confirmation email) and any agreed initial deposit have been received.

3. Payment Terms

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is strictly due seven (7) days prior to the date of the event, unless an alternative payment timeline has been explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the booking confirmation.

  • Late Payments: Failure to clear the outstanding balance by the agreed due date may result in the cancellation of the performance and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

4. Client & Venue Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

  • Safe and suitable performance, staging, and dressing areas as discussed prior to the event.

  • Timely access to the venue for set-up, sound checks, and preparation.

  • Adequate security and a safe environment for our performers and equipment.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • By the Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will require full payment of the total agreed fee.

  • By BigHead Events: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe illness, force majeure), we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement act/date or issue a full refund of all monies paid to us. Our liability is limited strictly to the total fee paid for the booking.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling performance obligations if such failure arises from acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unexpected events beyond reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property
