Big Head Events was founded in 2008 with one simple goal – to create unforgettable murder mystery experiences that are brilliantly entertaining, professionally performed and exceptional value for money.
Over the years, we've entertained thousands of guests at corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties, hotels, restaurants and private celebrations across the UK. Every show is built around one thing: making sure your guests have an amazing time.
But how did it all begin?

Hello!
Like many great stories, mine has taken a few unexpected twists!
Growing up in Nottingham, I started my career in the world of IT back in the 1980s. While technology paid the bills, it was the stage that really captured my imagination. After discovering amateur theatre, I quickly caught the acting bug and, by 2002, I was performing professionally alongside my day job.
For many years I successfully balanced both careers, but it eventually became clear where my heart really was. So, after running Big Head Events part-time for several years (including through the challenges of Covid), I finally swapped computers for comedy, clues and crime scenes, and have never looked back.
